Today I drank the last beer I had in my fridge from the party I had almost 2 weeks ago. Pretty sad! I've been drinking beer almost every day for the past 2 weeks. Am I an alcoholic? Maybe. Maybe I'm just an 'alcohol enthusiast'....we'll go with that. Yesterday was lame except for the night when I went bowling with Alicia and Nathan. I scored 129, which is freaking awesome in my opinion. Somehow we ended up in the bar singing karaoke in front of drunk people, which turned into "singing karaoke WITH drunk people". Pretty friggin' fun! I sang 'Screaming in the Night' by Krokus, which I think I did alright. I think I did best with 'Aerials' by System of a Down.
I woke up with a sore arm from bowling, a bit of a headache from Red Bull and vodka I had at the bar and a sore neck from the headbanging to 'Master of Puppets'. Today was a good day. I am starting to like my Spanish class because my teacher is really good and she knows how to really engage people to the material, something that other teachers need to work on. She makes us do group work in class, discussions and performances which really help to understand the material at a deeper level. The only downside is the amount of reading we have to do, which I think I can get used to. Also, she has made us create a blog where we respond to a prompt every week and discuss what we learned in class. Very nice, huh?
Yesterday I got my 2 new Cannibal Corpse shirts that I ordered from a website that had a sale going on and it just made my day. I paid 4.95 for one and 7.95 for the other one plus 8 bucks for shipping. I got two freaking awesome shirts for around 20 bucks, which is usually how much one costs. So I am very happy. Metal t-shirts make me happy. I have like 80 of them a nd the collection keeps growing. I'm starting to run out of space to keep them... hahaha. Every time I go to a show I try to get one and I go to a lot of shows!
Anyway, I'm getting sleepy, my dog is snoring and I have to pee so this is it for now.

  1. My leg was sore from bowling! I'm glad you have a teacher that you like. I feel that it makes you absorb more of the information. That's pretty cool about the t-shirts. That's how I felt about my textbooks. I found my history book (earlier edition) for only $1! Plus like, $6 for expedited shipping, and my other book was $4 plus shipping, so I ended up paying $18 for two textbooks that would've probably cost me $200 new.
